I truly believe that the coaching lifestyle found me.
At the start of my coaching career I gained in-depth knowledge and experience in Special Operation Forces training, metabolic conditioning, mental toughness, self-talk, focus, breathing and discipline concepts. Over the last decade, I have gained additional skills and qualifications in program adaptability, exercise programming, biomechanics and nutrition. I have helped hundreds of clients shed pounds, from those extremely overweight and out of shape, to hard charging athletes and weekend warriors.
Over the years and as my qualifications and experience grew, I realized that fitness and weight loss is just the surface layer. What is really important are the intangibles that it comes with— a new hold on life, improved relationships and the confidence to live your dreams. To be happy, to be free and to be in the present moment. To enjoy life as much as possible.
I am a coach, but what sets me apart is that I recognize first and foremost that I am a normal guy. I am imperfect, I am honest with myself and I will be honest with you. I know the challenges of being extremely overweight, battling depression, anxiety, pain, limitations, and excuses. I want to connect with you, I want to help you be the best version of yourself. I look forward to meeting you, and helping you on this journey we call life.
